Proof of residency in the United States of America (green card, valid U.S. visa together with a copy of I-94 and I-20 valid or the valid I-AP66 ....) For non-nationals American + 1 photocopy of this document. Applications for visas from holders of B1/B2 visas is subject to a longer procedure.
A copy of the marriage certificate translated into French + 1 photocopy;
proof of nationality of the spouse Community + 1 photocopy.
2. Visa institution for joint national community:
The foreign spouse of a French national or EU (except for spouses of French nationals themselves of the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland, Monaco, Saint-Martin and the 'Algeria) must be in possession of a long-stay visa valid as residence permits to reside in France more than 3 months.
