A copy of the marriage certificate translated into French + 1 photocopy;
proof of nationality of the spouse Community + 1 photocopy.
2. Visa institution for joint national community:
The foreign spouse of a French national or EU (except for spouses of French nationals themselves of the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland, Monaco, Saint-Martin and the 'Algeria) must be in possession of a long-stay visa valid as residence permits to reside in France more than 3 months.
